Eight+ is designed to be minimal. It does not require an account and does not include its own advertising, analytics, cookies, watch-history tracking or user profile database.

Requests

Catalog and metadata requests may cause Eight+ to request movie information from TMDB. Normal technical request data may also be processed by the services needed to operate the site and addon under their own policies.

What Eight+ stores

The current version does not maintain a user database, viewing history, favorites or personalized profiles. Response caching may be used to improve performance, but Eight+ does not build user-specific tracking records from it.

External services

Movie metadata and ratings come from TMDB. Installing the addon opens Stremio using the public manifest URL. Eight+ does not control data practices inside Stremio or TMDB.
